Living close to the Tennessee and Virginia line has provided me with many opportunities in my career. I have traveled all over West Virginia and Virginia, parts of Kentucky and numerous areas of East Tennessee to the courthouses performing title searches for both surface and mineral lands. I am a Tennessee and Virginia Licensed Title Producer. I am also a Tennessee and Virginia Notary Public. With over ten years’ experience in the real estate title industry my work as a real estate paralegal, a senior escrow officer and a title curative underwriter has provided excellent services for several local firms.
